Part-Time Customer Service & Warranty Operations Executive

Brixx Derma · Part-time (2–3 hours a day, 6 days a week, including weekends) · Hybrid: remote + one fixed weekly visit to our warehouse in the AMK/Bishan area

About Brixx Derma

At Brixx Derma, we see aftersales service as part of the product, not an afterthought. We’re a Singapore-born beauty-tech brand developing clinically inspired facial devices and professional-grade skincare, sold through TikTok Shop, Shopee, our own store and creator livestreams. When a customer invests in one of our devices, they expect responsive answers and a hassle-free warranty process. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering both.

The role

You’ll handle customer messages and warranty cases for 2–3 hours a day, 6 days a week, with one fixed rest day. Most of the work is remote, at times that suit you within our reply windows. Once a week, on a fixed day, you’ll go to our fulfilment warehouse in the AMK/Bishan area to receive returned devices, run quality checks and arrange exchanges. You may also make up to 2 extra visits a month when volume or urgent cases require it. Occasionally, you’ll support events such as livestreams or pop-ups.

What you’ll do

• Reply to customer enquiries across TikTok Shop, Shopee, our website and email within each platform’s 12-hour response window, including weekends.
• Answer product questions and troubleshoot device issues.
• Resolve order issues such as missing or wrong items, delivery delays and damaged parcels.
• Assess warranty claims, send return instructions and track returned devices.
• Run QC checks on returned devices at the warehouse and arrange exchanges.
• Keep the case log up to date so every case is tracked until it’s closed.
• Maintain our reply templates and flag recurring product or delivery issues to management.

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer service or e-commerce support.
• Highly organised and dependable. You follow cases through to the end without reminders.
• Clear, friendly written English. Mandarin is a plus.
• Calm and patient with unhappy customers.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee or Shopify seller centres is a plus.
• Able to commit 2–3 hours a day, 6 days a week including weekends, plus one fixed weekly visit to our AMK/Bishan warehouse.
• Flexible for occasional events.

What you’ll get

• A fixed monthly retainer, with flexible, mostly remote hours. The retainer covers daily customer replies, the weekly warehouse visit and up to 2 extra visits a month.
• Additional warehouse visits beyond that and event days are paid separately.
• Training on our devices and processes.
• Experience in a fast-growing Singapore beauty-tech brand.
• Pay: S$800–1,000 per month, based on experience, with a pay review after 3 months.

To apply: Send your CV and a short note on how you’d handle a customer whose device stopped working on day 5 to [email].
