Part-Time Sales for Corporate Professionals (Remote | Flexible Hours)

Choate Agency | Powered by Symmetry Financial Group (SFG)

Company Overview

The Choate Agency, powered by Symmetry Financial Group, is a high-integrity, results-driven organization focused on helping families protect their financial future through life insurance. We operate with a proven system, award-winning technology, and a warm-lead platform so our agents never have to cold-call strangers.

We specifically welcome motivated corporate professionals who want meaningful part-time income, residual commissions, and the freedom to control their schedule without quitting their current career.

Role Summary

We are looking for disciplined, coachable professionals currently working in corporate or traditional W-2 roles who want to build a high-earning part-time business on their own terms.

This is a commission-based opportunity designed for people who value flexibility, residual income, and professional growth. You will leverage our proprietary lead system and proven sales process while working the hours that fit around your current job and family.

Key Responsibilities (Part-Time Focused)

• Work warm leads delivered through our award-winning tech platform (no cold calling)
• Conduct professional needs-based conversations and follow our proven sales system
• Build long-term client relationships and create residual income streams
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in our CRM
• Stay coachable and consistent with the training and weekly support we provide
• Coordinate your schedule so this work fits cleanly around your corporate responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

We have found the strongest part-time producers often come from corporate backgrounds. You will thrive here if you:

• Currently work (or recently worked) in a corporate, professional, or structured environment
• Are highly organized, coachable, and results-oriented
• Communicate clearly and build trust quickly
• Want residual income and career control without immediately leaving your W-2
• Are willing to follow a proven system rather than invent your own
• Can commit consistent part-time hours (evenings/weekends or flexible blocks)

Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required. We train you completely.

Compensation & Opportunity

This is a pure commission role with uncapped earning potential and residual commissions that continue as long as policies remain in force.

Earnings vary based on activity, consistency, and coachability. Many of our part-time agents who treat this like a real business build meaningful supplemental income while keeping their corporate role. Full-time producers following the system often target $100K+ in year one; part-time results scale with the hours and focus you invest.

Why Corporate Professionals Choose Us

• True schedule flexibility — work around your current job
• No cold calling — warm leads only
• Comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a professional team culture
• Residual income opportunity that most corporate roles simply do not offer
• Award-winning technology and support systems
• Clear path to grow into full-time or agency leadership if desired
• Benefits available for both full-time and part-time agents

Next Steps

If you are a corporate professional ready to add a high-integrity, flexible, residual-income stream to your life, we want to talk.

Reply with your resume (or LinkedIn) and a short note about why you’re exploring this opportunity. We move quickly with the right candidates.
