Partner Account Manager (remote, US East Coast)

Spacelift is an infrastructure orchestration platform that manages your entire infrastructure lifecycle — provisioning, configuration and governance. Spacelift integrates with all your infrastructure tooling (e.g. Terraform, OpenTofu, CloudFormation, Pulumi, Ansible) to provide a single integrated workflow so you can deliver secure, cost-effective, and resilient infrastructure, fast.

By automating deployment and configuration, providing developer self-service, golden paths with guardrails, and an OPA policy engine, Spacelift empowers businesses to accelerate developer velocity while maintaining control and governance over their infrastructure. Spacelift offers unrivalled support, no-nonsense pricing, and a range of deployment models to fit your specific needs.

Spacelift was founded in 2020 by long-time DevOps practitioner Marcin Wyszynski and successful entrepreneur Pawel Hytry and has raised $82.3M in funding over four rounds from top venture capital firms, including Insight Partners, Blossom Capital, Hoxton Ventures, Inovo Venture partners and Five Elms Capital.

Spacelift is building the infrastructure platform that engineering teams actually want to use. We're growing fast, and the partner channel is a core part of how we scale. We're looking for someone to own it.

The role

You'll build Spacelift's reseller partner program from the ground up, starting with two high-priority partners: Ahead and Presidio. This isn't a "manage the existing program" job. You'll define how we work with resellers, what good looks like, and how we grow through them.

What you'll do

• Design and launch Spacelift's partner reseller program, including deal registration, incentive structures, enablement resources, and co-sell motions

• Own the Ahead and Presidio relationships end-to-end, from initial onboarding through first revenue and beyond

• Enable partner sales teams to position and sell Spacelift confidently, building training materials, battlecards, and demo resources they'll actually use

• Work closely with Spacelift's direct sales team to align on pipeline, territory, and rules of engagement

• Build the reporting and tracking infrastructure to measure partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and engagement

• Identify and prioritise the next wave of reseller partners as the program matures

What we're looking for

• 3 or more years in partner management, channel sales, or alliances at a B2B software company

• Direct experience working with Ahead, Presidio, or similar national solution providers

• A track record of building programs, not just inheriting them

• Enough technical fluency to understand what Spacelift does and why it matters to a platform engineering team
