Summary
This role is responsible for driving partner and product marketing initiatives across the enterprise technology ecosystem, with a focus on developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with strategic channel partners, distributors, resellers, and telecommunications providers. As part of a newly established enterprise marketing function created through an organisational restructure, you will play a key role in accelerating enterprise adoption, strengthening partner engagement, and supporting growth across priority regional markets.
You will lead the development and execution of integrated B2B marketing programmes, co-marketing campaigns, partner events, and product launch initiatives that support business growth and enhance partner investment.
Working closely with sales, product, public relations, field marketing, and global marketing teams, you will ensure consistent messaging, manage campaign approvals and marketing funds, and deliver scalable marketing solutions that drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation among enterprise customers.
The role requires extensive collaboration with external partners across the technology and telecommunications ecosystem, managing strategic relationships, coordinating joint marketing activities, and serving as a key representative in partner-led initiatives. You will also support event marketing activities, oversee creative and brand governance processes, and evaluate programme performance through marketing investment, campaign effectiveness, partner feedback, and business impact metrics.
As a key member of a newly formed regional team, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple international markets while helping shape the future direction of enterprise partner marketing. The position offers significant visibility, extensive cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to a high-growth business area with increasing strategic investment.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B enterprise marketing within technology, software, telecommunications, or related industries, combined with expertise in product marketing, partner marketing, and channel ecosystem management. You should possess proven experience developing integrated marketing campaigns, managing strategic partnerships, and engaging enterprise customers, alongside excellent project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluency in Japanese is required to support regular communication and collaboration with partners and stakeholders in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of successful, value-added co-marketing programmes with strategic partners and technology ecosystem stakeholders.
- Manage all creative approvals, including brand and copy, to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
