Partnership Sales Manager

Why This Is Your Next Big Move

Own the Partner Ecosystem: You will take full ownership of Quantaco’s partnerships across industry bodies and our network of technology and services partners spanning Point of Sales, time and attendance systems, accounting systems and other technology partners

Be the Link Between Sales and Marketing: You’ll sit at the intersection of our commercial teams, ensuring partnership activity is converted into a consistent, measurable pipeline of leads and opportunities

Get Out and Represent Us: This is a genuinely national role. You’ll travel to key industry events, conferences and association meetings, building Quantaco’s profile and credibility across the hospitality sector

Own the Outcome: You will have clear ownership of the metrics that matter — meetings secured, leads generated and partnerships signed

What You'll Be Doing

As our Partnership Sales Manager, you will be building and growing a national partner ecosystem that drives commercial opportunity across the business. Your key responsibilities will be:

Lead the Partnership Strategy: Build relationships with industry bodies, associations and key hospitality leaders to create new business opportunities, form strategic partnerships, and grow partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.

Build the Technology Partner Network: Manage a portfolio of strategic technology and services partners – including POS, HRIS, Hospitality Technology and accounting system providers – to create integrated solutions and joint go-to-market opportunities.

Generate Qualified Pipeline: Identify, negotiate and establish new partnership and referral agreements that create a qualified sales pipeline across the business.

Bridge Sales and Marketing: Act as the connective link between the functions and our teams beyond revenue, ensuring partnership activity translates into consistent, measurable pipeline.

Represent Us Nationally: Attend industry events, conferences, association meetings and networking functions across Australia on Quantaco’s behalf.

Partner Across the Business: Work closely with internal stakeholders across the all functions (sales, marketing, product, customer success, technology, advisory and support) and external stakeholders (partners, associations and industry leaders) to align partnership initiatives with commercial objectives.

Track and Report in HubSpot: Maintain accurate visibility of all partner relationships, leads and opportunities, reporting regularly against targets for meetings secured, leads generated and partnerships signed.
