Partnerships Manager (gn)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in growing the ATworld network across Germany and Europe. You will be responsible for bringing new suppliers into the network while also building strategic partnerships that help drive member growth, brand awareness, and long-term business value.

You enjoy opening doors, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into lasting commercial relationships. Whether it's signing new hotels, coworking spaces, or developing partnerships with employers, benefit platforms, travel companies, universities, and other organisations, you will help shape the future growth of ATworld.

Your Responsibilities:

• Grow the ATworld network by signing new hotels, coworking spaces and other workspace providers.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships that drive member acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across hospitality, travel, real estate, HR, employee benefits, and related sectors.
• Identify, negotiate, and close commercial agreements with new suppliers and partners.
• Expand ATworld's presence in existing and new markets across Europe.
• Work with existing partners to deepen relationships and unlock further growth opportunities.
• Represent ATworld at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Identify new partnership models, distribution channels, and commercial opportunities that support business growth.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure successful partner launches and ongoing engagement.
• Track market developments and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
• Own your pipeline and deliver against ambitious growth targets.
