We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll systems and procedures, as well as the ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including Provident Fund (PF) contributions.
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data is maintained in the payroll system.
Prepare and submit necessary reports related to payroll and taxation.
Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes.
Familiarity with Provident Fund (PF) regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
