Long-Term Career & Partnership Potential

We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, not simply manage an office.

Successful candidates will have opportunities to take on greater operational responsibility, oversee additional locations, and advance into senior leadership.

Exceptional long-term performers may be considered for future partnership opportunities, subject to business needs, demonstrated performance, eligibility, and a separate written agreement.

We value leaders who understand the business of dentistry, improve results, build strong teams, and take ownership of performance.

If you have strong pediatric dental management experience and want to grow with Kidco, apply today.
