A Pediatric OT Position Where You Can Actually Enjoy Your Work

At Cole Health, we believe being a great therapist shouldn't mean doing everything on your own.

Our Bothell team is looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who wants to work with kids, be part of a supportive team, and continue growing as a clinician. You'll have access to experienced therapists, mentorship, dedicated time for paperwork, and opportunities to develop your career without having to leave clinical care behind.

And while we take our work seriously, we also like to have fun along the way. Our teams regularly get together for catered lunches, potlucks, trivia, and other events.

What You Can Expect

A schedule that works for you

• Monday–Friday, full-time
• Flexible scheduling options
• Remote opportunities available for Washington residents
• 1 You Day to use for personal time
• Dedicated paperwork time to help you stay caught up with documentation

• $80,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience
• Performance-based bonuses for clinical staff, up to $2,000 annually
• $500 annual professional development stipend
• Continuing education support
• Clinical mentorship from experienced OTs and other therapists

Room to grow

• Career ladder opportunities for clinicians who want to take on additional responsibility

• A chance to grow into mentorship or leadership roles while continuing to practice

What It's Like to Work With Our Team

We're proud of the culture we've built, but we'd rather show you what that looks like than just call ourselves a "great place to work."

Our clinicians collaborate with one another, share ideas, ask for help when they need it, and celebrate each other's wins. You'll have people around you who understand what it's like to work in pediatric therapy.

We also make time to enjoy being a team through catered lunches, potlucks and other social events.

Benefits

• Medical, Dental and vision insurance
• 401(k) with 3% company match
• Paid Time Off
• Sick Time
• Paid Holidays
• Professional development assistance and $500 annual stipend
• Employee Assistance Program and mental health resources
• International mission trip opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Current Washington Occupational Therapist license
• Pediatric experience preferred, but we're willing to talk with the right candidate
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required, unless grandfathered under the bachelor's accreditation transition
• Someone who enjoys working with children and families
• A team player who is comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning from others

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to do good work, build relationships with their patients and coworkers, and continue developing as a therapist.

Interested in Learning More?

We'd love to talk with you.

When you apply, you'll have an opportunity to connect with our Director of Talent Development, who is also a tenured Occupational Therapist with 19+ years at Cole Health. You will be given a candid look at the position, our culture, and what it's really like to build a career with Cole.

If you're looking for a pediatric OT position where you're supported by your team, have flexibility in your schedule, and have room to grow, we'd love to meet you.
