The Pega Certified (CSSA) has proven their ability to architect, design, develop and implement highly scalable and reliable IT systems

Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing),to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the life cycle.
Knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
Hands on experience with Pega Marketing framework to implement strategies
Responsible for designing and building components of application.
Facilitate knowledge transfer of PRPC functionality and application functionality.
Have an advanced understanding of the main features of PRPC, Framework (preferably someone with CPM/SI/SD)
Excellent skills in any of the RDBMS tools like Oracle, MSSQL, DB2 or Sybase.
Self-motivated, analytical and driven to overcome challenges
Must be able to organize and prioritize workload in order to meet necessary deadlines
Able to make independent judgments/decisions within established guidelines
Good oral and written communication skill, Customer interaction skill and collaborative team working.
