• Manage employee lifecycle activity from onboarding through to offboarding, including family leave, absence, contractual and compensation changes, flexible working, transfers and immigration matters.

• Use Workday to manage transactions, resolve queries and maintain accurate people data and reporting.

• Coordinate contractor onboarding and offboarding, including agreements, classification checks and CEST assessments where required.

• Support UK benefits administration and renewal, including employee queries, provider updates and data checks.

• Support key People processes including goal setting, performance, promotion and compensation reviews.

Role Requirements

• At least 2 years’ HR generalist or People Operations experience, with practical knowledge of UK employment legislation.

• Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes and managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering a great employee experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgement and discretion.

• A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Experience using an HRIS such as Workday is preferred, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Management or Psychology, or a CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification, is highly regarded.

Alongside a competitive benefits package, you’ll enjoy a collaborative and social working environment, with regular social, cultural and charitable activities.

• 28 days’ annual holiday, pro-rated to the contract term

• Pension with a 5% company contribution

• Private medical insurance, group income protection and life assurance

• Cycle to work scheme and season ticket loans

• Flexible working, with a laptop and phone provided
