Performance Marketer (Growth Strategy)

Performance Marketer (Growth Strategy)

Remote | Full-TimeThe Opportunity

We're partnering with a leading DTC eCommerce agency to find exceptional Performance Marketers at multiple levels, from Growth Performance Marketer through to Senior Performance Marketer and Growth Strategist. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performance remote team working with 8 and 9 figure consumer brands across global markets.

This is not a role for channel managers. It is built for operators who connect paid media execution to real commercial outcomes, and who want to grow into strategic growth partners for their clients.

About the Client

Our client is a globally recognised DTC eCommerce agency with a track record of generating over $500M in online sales and managing $100M+ in ad spend. They work exclusively with direct-to-consumer brands, combining paid media execution with financial strategy, data science, and creative performance to drive profitable growth at scale.

Their culture is built on three values: Extreme Ownership, Passion and Heart, and Incessant Curiosity. They are a remote-first business with APAC-friendly hours, a structured learning program, and career progression based on commercial impact, not tenure.

What You'll Do

• Plan, build and manage high-performing campaigns across Meta and Google, aligned to each client's commercial model and financial targets

• Interpret performance through a financial lens, using contribution margin, aMER, and LTV:CAC frameworks to guide client investment decisions

• Own client relationships end-to-end, delivering insights-driven reporting tied to P&L outcomes

• Identify growth levers beyond the ad account, including creative, funnel, offer, and customer acquisition economics

• Contribute to a culture of technical excellence, sharing learnings, challenging assumptions, and continuously improving your craft

Who They're Looking For

They hire across multiple levels. What matters at every level is the right foundation:

• Genuine DTC eCommerce paid media experience, running Meta and Google campaigns for product-based brands

• Commercial fluency, you understand how marketing spend connects to margin, CAC, and profitability, not just ROAS

• Ownership mindset, you flag problems early, present solutions, and take responsibility for outcomes

• Client-facing confidence, you can hold a strategic conversation with a founder without needing a script

• Curiosity and coachability, you are always looking to deepen your thinking and challenge what you know
