Performance Marketing Manager - B2B SaaS

About Squadra Media

Squadra Media is a Bengaluru-based digital marketing agency that helps brands reach the right customers through data-driven content, paid media and SEO. We believe marketing should be measured by business outcomes, not vanity metrics. As we grow our B2B and SaaS client portfolio, we are looking for a performance marketing leader who can turn ad spend into qualified pipeline.

Role Overview

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid acquisition strategy and execution for our B2B and SaaS clients. You will plan, launch and scale full-funnel campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and other channels, with a clear focus on lead quality, cost per SQL/demo and pipeline contribution. You will also lead a small team of media buyers and act as the main performance advisor to client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

● Strategy & Planning

Build quarterly and annual performance marketing plans for each B2B/SaaS client, aligned to their ACV, sales cycle and ICP. Design full-funnel paid strategies covering awareness, lead generation, demo/trial acquisition and retargeting. Set channel mix, budgets, targets and forecasts (CPL, CAC, MQL-to-SQL rate, ROAS, pipeline).

● Campaign Execution & Optimisation

Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen Forms, ABM, Conversation Ads), Meta Ads, and emerging channels (Reddit, Quora, G2/Capterra, programmatic). Continuously test audiences, creatives, copy, landing pages and bidding strategies, and document learnings. Work with the creative and content teams to produce high-converting ad creatives, gated assets, webinars and case-study-led campaigns.

● Tracking, Analytics & Attribution

Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking and CRM integrations. Connect ad platforms to CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to report on pipeline and revenue, not just leads. Build dashboards in Looker Studio or similar tools and present clear weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports.

● Landing Pages & CRO

Brief and review landing pages, forms and demo-booking flows, and drive A/B tests to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with the web/tech team on page speed, messaging and funnel improvements.

● Client & Team Leadership

Be the primary point of contact for performance discussions with client marketing heads and founders. Lead, mentor and review the work of media buyers and analysts. Work closely with SEO, content and account management teams to deliver integrated growth for each client. Contribute to proposals, pitches and audits for new B2B/SaaS clients.
