Performance Marketing Specialist

Performance Marketing Specialist

Your role

This is not a pure channel management role. You will own how we acquire users and merchants, from the first ad impression to the first cashback earned.

We are looking for a hands-on marketing specialist who combines deep paid media skills with a structured, test-driven mindset. You care about clicks and installs, but more about activated users who stay, shop and earn. You set up the experiments, read the data and make the call.

You report to our Chief Growth Officer and play a central role in scaling Loyalty Key across the Nordics. You get real budget, real ownership and short decision paths.

Working at Loyalty Key

Loyalty Key is building the Nordic standard for payment-linked loyalty. Our technology turns everyday card payments into automatic rewards: no coupons, no points, no receipts. Just cashback, straight to the consumer, every time they shop with a partner.

We power loyalty for some of the region's strongest brands, including Visa, Danske Bank and SAS EuroBonus, and connect consumers with more than 2,000 merchants. Our own consumer app, Cashback med Visa, puts that network directly in people's pockets.

We are a Copenhagen-based team with an ambitious plan: to make card-linked cashback something every Nordic cardholder uses, and every merchant wants to be part of.

What you will own

Your main focus is consumer growth: getting the right people to download the app, sign up and start earning. You will also drive lead generation towards merchants who want to join our network.

Performance roadmap

• Own the paid acquisition roadmap across channels and markets

• Identify what limits growth today, and prioritize the work that moves the needle

• Balance volume, user quality and cost, and make those trade-offs visible

Paid acquisition

• Run and scale campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat

• Drive app user acquisition through programmatic and mobile DSP partners

Creative and messaging

• Build a structured creative testing framework: hypothesis, variant, iteration

• Find the hooks, offers and merchant stories that turn attention into signups

Landing pages and conversion

• Own conversion beyond the ad click: landing pages, app store listings and signup flows

• Run A/B tests on pages, offers and onboarding steps

• Optimize for activated users, not just installs

Agency and partner management

• Lead our external performance agency with clear goals and accountability for results

• Work with DSP and media partners on setup, performance and reporting

• Contribute to joint campaigns with brand partners such as Visa

B2B lead generation

• Run lead campaigns towards merchants and hand qualified leads to our sales team

• Follow the full path from lead to meeting to signed merchant, and optimize for quality
