Your work will also involve integrating predictive models, data ecosystems, and AI-powered solutions into business workflows. Collaborating closely with Product Managers and technical leaders, you will help translate complex business requirements into effective technical architectures. This is an opportunity to influence a product undergoing active development and legacy system transformation while contributing to more efficient planning and S&OP processes.

Accountabilities

As a Fullstack Developer, you will contribute to the architecture, development, and continuous improvement of a strategic planning platform, connecting complex data flows with intuitive user experiences and reliable backend services.

-
Develop and enhance the platform's analytical cockpit using React, creating sophisticated, intuitive, and high-performance interfaces capable of handling large volumes of data.

-
Design and optimize frontend screens and analytical workflows to ensure fast response times and efficient browser-side data processing.

-
Build and maintain robust APIs, microservices, and database integrations using Kotlin and/or Java.

-
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of backend services supporting planning and supply chain operations.

-
Integrate data ecosystems, predictive and prescriptive models, and AI agents into the platform.

-
Apply generative AI development tools and modern engineering practices, including Spec-Driven Development (SDD), while critically evaluating AI-generated outputs.

-
Translate short- and long-term planning requirements into practical and efficient technical solutions.

-
Work closely with Product Managers and technical leaders, challenging assumptions, evaluating requirements, and contributing to architectural decisions.

-
Integrate systems and data pipelines across manufacturing facilities, channel operations, and strategic planning teams.

-
Promote development best practices, Clean Architecture principles, design patterns, and automated testing.

-
Participate in delivery planning, technical alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

-
Help reduce S&OP response cycles through better-performing systems and more efficient planning workflows.
