About the Practice

This outpatient practice sits on Virginia's Eastern Shore in Cape Charles, a small Chesapeake Bay town. The group is actively recruiting from out of the area and has built a relocation package to match, including direct help finding housing.

**The Role

The clinic is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a general outpatient caseload, working alongside the treating Physical Therapists. Compensation and benefits are negotiable based on experience and skill.

Relocation and Housing

A $5,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 in relocation assistance are both available, and the relocation money is paid even if you do not incur relocation costs.

The practice also assists with housing. One featured option is a three-bedroom rental with a private dock and deep-water access at $2,000 per month.
