Physical Therapist – Practice Partner Profit-Share with Exit Participation Myrtle Beach, SC

JOIN OUR TEAM

Low Country Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in the Carolina Forest / Conway area of South Carolina to lead our outpatient orthopedic and sports-rehabilitation clinic and, through our PartnerPath™ program, share in the value you create: a monthly share of the profit the clinic generates, plus a share of the clinic's value if it is ever sold. No buy-in. No personal guarantee. This role is designed for a PT who already knows the Horry County referral community and wants to be paid like a partner for the practice they build.

Company Story

About Low Country Physical Therapy

Low Country® Physical Therapy serves the South Strand from clinics in Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island, with a promise built into its logo: "We Treat You Like Family." The practice treats the full range of orthopedic and post-surgical conditions along with dizziness, vertigo, balance and fall risk, and offers specialty treatments including functional dry needling, ASTYM, vestibular therapy, cupping and manual lymphatic drainage. Its mission is to help every patient reach their maximum performance and get back to their life, and its reviews read like letters from family. Carolina Forest and Conway extend that reputation up the Grand Strand, and the Practice Partner who opens this market will be the one to carry it there. Low Country is part of the Therapy Partner Solutions family of clinic brands, which provides the operational, billing and compliance backbone that lets clinicians practice at the top of their license. Job Overview & Work Site

Why PartnerPath is different

• Paid like a partner, without the buy-in. On top of a competitive base salary, you earn a percentage of the clinic's monthly profit and a multiple of its profit at sale. Full program terms are covered in the interview process.

• Your referral relationships become your asset. If orthopedic, neurology, sports-medicine and family-practice physicians in Carolina Forest and Conway already trust you, this is where that trust pays off for you.

• The back office is handled. Billing and collections, credentialing, compliance, HR, payroll, marketing and technology are provided through Therapy Partner Solutions, so you can focus on patients and physicians.

• Clinical autonomy with a safety net. Set the clinical culture, hire your team, and build the service lines the community needs, backed by a company that operates clinics across multiple states.

• Community first. Carolina Forest and Conway are your market. You will be the face of physical therapy for the patients and physicians who live here.

What you will do

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports and neurological conditions, maintaining a personal caseload.

• Build and steward physician referral relationships across orthopedics, neurology, primary care, sports medicine and pain management in Horry County.

• Lead the clinic team: recruit, mentor and develop PTs, PTAs and support staff.

• Own the clinic scorecard: new patient volume, referral mix, visits, patient outcomes and satisfaction, and clinic profitability.

• Represent Low Country in the community with physician practices, athletic programs, employers and civic organizations.
