The Position

Therapy West, partner company of Mountain Land Physical Therapy, is a private practice advancing musculoskeletal care by putting PTs at the front of care, supported by diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment. If you’re a licensed PT (or will be soon), and you want an outpatient ortho role with autonomy, a manageable caseload, and growth pathways, this is a strong fit.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Treat a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload with dedicated 1:1 patient time
• Top performers average 11–12 patients/day (double-booking only when appropriate and not impacting care)
• Build plans of care that match your clinical style
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians, sports-focused teammates, and local medical partners
• Support strong outcomes with consistent, patient-first care

Why Choose Us

• Less time documenting: AI-driven, HIPAA-compliant EMR designed to reduce documentation time
• Career growth that’s real: Director Pathway and clinic leadership training
• Clinical advancement options: diagnostic imaging pathway + support for specialty certification (e.g., OCS)
