Qualifications Required:**
- Doctorate degree
- Valid Medical Doctor (MD) certification/license in Texas (TX)
- Any of the following licenses/certifications:
- Valid Board Eligible
- Valid Board Certified
- Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- 3+ years of experience in any of the following:
- Home Care
- Geriatric/LTC
- Urgent Care
- Chronic Illnesses
- Are you comfortable traveling out in the field to treat patients in their homes?
- Have you previously applied or interviewed with Harmony Cares or US Medical Management?
- Are you a US Citizen?
Preferred:
- EMR experience
- Please share your experience working in a home health environment, along with your experience treating patients with chronic illnesses.

The Physician Team Leader (Pod Leader) acts as a resource/coach impacting clinical performance of the team. The leader will collaborate with advance practice providers and build a collaborative team.
