Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable) :

• Strong expertise in Python and API development using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, and Embeddings.

Additional Required Skills :

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Hands-on experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML solution architecture, model deployment, and scalable application development.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• As an AI Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions while mentoring a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and developers to build and deliver AI models, ML pipelines, and Generative AI applications.

• Design and develop core solution components, including :

• Data pipelines

• Model training and optimization

• Prompt engineering and prompt orchestration

• Fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs)

• API development and integration layers

• Review code, AI models, prompt frameworks, and overall solution architecture to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices defined by the AI Architect.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across AI/ML and GenAI solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.

• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and performance optimization across projects.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

• 6-8 years of overall software engineering experience, including 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI.

• Strong proficiency in Python with experience building REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
