Full description

Prepare, pack, and label outbound shipments in accordance with shipping instructions and carrier requirements.
Assist with entering standard domestic and international shipments.
Verify shipment contents against packing lists, sales orders, and bills of lading (BOLs)
Assist with staging and loading shipments for carrier pickup.
Ensure accurate selection of serial and lot numbers via both physical and digital methods while kitting.
Assist with basic digital and physical parts organization via bin for both inventory and stockroom.
Assist with scanning in and saving proper documents for shipping.
Responsible for quickly escalating any issues or discrepancies to ensure processes are followed.
Assist with physical inventory count and maintenance per company procedures.
Ensure shipping areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Maintain accurate shipping documentation and records in the ERP or inventory system.
Support inventory requests and delivery of parts on the floor via form.
Responsible for following the company’s safety and ESD regulations at all times.
Ensure work areas are kept neat, clean, and organized per company guidelines.
Performs other duties and/or specific projects as assigned.
