Poland Tutor | Minecraft

Join Kodland – a global educational platform that is preparing the next generation of innovators! Kodland operates in 40 countries, creating a community of over 30,000 students, and we are looking for passionate tutors like you to guide them on this exciting journey.

Your mission: You are not just a teacher – you are a guide who opens up the world of logic, algorithms, and engineering thinking to children through the Minecraft universe. You will transform a passion for the game into conscious creativity and a first real programming experience.

What you will do:

• Explain fundamental programming concepts (algorithms, loops, conditional statements, variables, coordinates) through hands-on in-game activities – from building automatic doors to programming mini-games and "smart farms".

• Lead group projects, developing children's soft skills: teamwork, planning, presenting ideas, and collaborative problem-solving.

• Oversee students' final projects – from idea to presentation – helping them consolidate all the knowledge they have gained.

What we are looking for in a candidate (ideal profile):Basic requirements:

• Experience teaching young children (aged 8–12) in educational institutions or extracurricular settings.

• Solid knowledge of Minecraft mechanics (redstone, automation, building). Experience with Minecraft Education is a big plus.

• Understanding of basic programming principles (loops, conditional statements, variables). Knowledge of any language (visual or text-based) is welcome.

• Willingness to undergo training and deepen knowledge of our course methodology.

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience teaching programming, robotics, or technology creativity to children.

• Familiarity with environments such as MakeCode, Scratch, or similar visual programming languages.

• Organisational skills and experience managing project-based activities.

What we offer:

• A role in a project where education does not mean boring textbooks, but creating fascinating worlds and mechanisms.

• A ready-made, clear, and structured curriculum (5 modules, 40 lessons) with detailed teaching materials.

• The opportunity to be a point of reference for children in the world of technology and to witness the tangible results of their work – from the first automated farm to a game programmed from scratch.

• Remote work with flexible hours (lessons focused mainly in the evenings and at weekends).

• Stable remuneration and continuous support from the methodological team.

You are the right person if (our wish list):

• You are passionate. You believe that a game can be a powerful educational tool.

• You are a guide. For you, what matters is not only passing on information, but "igniting" curiosity, offering support, and helping students overcome difficulties.

• You think logically. You enjoy discovering cause-and-effect relationships and can explain them clearly.

• You are creative. You enjoy the process of creating something new and complex together with your students.

Ready to inspire the next generation? Apply now! If your profile matches our expectations, we will contact you by email to arrange an interview. We recommend checking your inbox regularly, including your spam folder.

Important: This is a remote position, so you will need your own laptop with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work. Candidates have the opportunity to learn Scratch and Roblox with us. We offer a B2B contract with the possibility of working as an unregistered sole trader; other available options also include cooperation with the TwójStartup incubator. We invite you to discuss the details during a conversation with our recruiter.
