ABOUT MINDFLOW
Mindflow is an enterprise Agentic AI automation platform that helps organizations automate complex work across Cybersecurity, IT, Cloud, DevOps and business operations. With 4,000 integrations and more than 150,000 available operations, our AI agents can act across enterprise systems and deliver measurable operational outcomes.
THE ROLE
As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical partner for prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle. You will connect business and technical needs to Mindflow’s platform, design compelling solutions, and help stakeholders understand how agentic automation can create value in their environment.
This role is broader than a traditional pre-sales position: you will combine discovery, architecture, demonstration and hands-on proof-of-concept work across Cybersecurity, IT and AI use cases.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead technical discovery with security, IT, cloud, operations and architecture stakeholders.
- Understand the customer’s systems, workflows, constraints and success criteria.
- Design solution architectures connecting Mindflow to the customer’s existing technology stack.
- Build tailored demonstrations, workshops and proofs of concept using APIs, JSON and automation building blocks.
- Explain complex technical concepts clearly to practitioners, executives and procurement teams.
- Own the technical response for RFPs, RFIs, security reviews and solution proposals.
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, remove technical blockers and build credible business cases.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure a clean handoff from pre-sales to delivery.
- Create reusable demos, technical content and competitive enablement for the wider go-to-market team.
WHY JOIN US
- A strategic, customer-facing role at the center of Sales, Product and Engineering.
- Exposure to high-value Cybersecurity, IT and AI transformation projects.
- A remote-friendly culture across France and Europe.
- Competitive compensation and meaningful pre-Series A equity.
- A fast-moving environment with autonomy, ownership and direct impact.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are technically credible, commercially aware and able to make complex ideas feel clear and concrete.
MUST-HAVE
- 3+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, technical consulting, professional services, solution architecture or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
