Full description
- Partner with the Sales team to provide technical consultation and solution qualification during the pre-sales
engagement process, including technical evaluations, objection handling, troubleshooting, and customer
follow-up.
- Design and propose solutions based on customer requirements, primarily covering CDN, Dynamic
Acceleration, DNS, DDoS Protection, WAF, Bot Management, and other cloud/network security solutions.
- Develop technical solution documents and proposals, conduct Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and provide
technical responses for RFQs/RFPs and tenders.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations, explaining how CDN and security solutions
can be integrated into customers' architectures and operations.
- Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to communicate
customer requirements and provide feedback for product development and technology roadmaps.
- Support and develop technical understanding of emerging products and technologies, including AI Gateway
and AI-related infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
