Presales Engineer, Cisco - Logicom Distribution - Kuwait City, Kuwait - 3-5 years experience

Job Overview

We are hiring a motivated Cisco Presales Engineer in Kuwait. This role involves working closely with the Sales Team to understand customer needs, designing tailored Cisco-based solutions, delivering technical presentations, and assisting in proposals and POCs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting the Sales Team in understanding customer technical requirements and business objectives.

• Helping design and propose Cisco solutions that address customer needs, including hardware, software, and services.

• Delivering clear and compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.

• Troubleshooting basic technical issues during the presales process.

• Contributing to the development of technical sections of proposals, including Bill of Materials (BOMs) and solution architectures.

• Responding to customer technical questions and providing clarifications.

• Assisting in the planning and execution of POCs to showcase the value of Cisco solutions in a customer's environment.

• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal Teams (sales, engineering, etc.).

• Organizing partner training and enablement sessions for partners.

• Staying updated on Cisco products, technologies, and industry trends.

• Understanding and articulating Cisco's differentiators against competitors.

• Working closely with senior presales engineers and other technical specialists to learn and contribute to complex deals.

• Supporting the handover of technical details to the post-sales and implementation Teams.
