Pricing and Revenue Controller

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Pricing and Revenue Controller on behalf of one of our partner companies. You see finance as both a decision and control function, combining accuracy with the curiosity to turn numbers into action.

The partner is strengthening its capability in pricing and revenue performance across products, channels and markets. You will take responsibility for work that connects price-volume mix, margin analysis and revenue leakage, while ensuring that forecasting and dashboards receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate.

Finance values dependable reporting, strong controls and constructive partnership. Success means better decisions, fewer surprises and trusted information.

How you will work

You will work close to the stakeholders responsible for revenue, cost, projects or operations. The partner expects you to test assumptions, explain uncertainty and translate analysis into a small number of useful actions. Credibility will come from both financial discipline and curiosity about the business.

This role calls for independent judgement and the ability to raise the quality around you. You will be expected to recognise when a decision needs wider expertise, make trade-offs visible and move work forward without creating unnecessary process.

What you will do

• Own the practical direction for pricing and revenue performance across products, channels and markets.

• Translate goals and constraints into a clear approach for price-volume mix and margin analysis.

• Establish useful standards, routines or artefacts around revenue leakage.

• Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies affecting forecasting.

• Use evidence and measurable outcomes to improve dashboards.

• Strengthen knowledge sharing, decision quality and sustainable ownership across the team.

What you will bring

• Relevant experience delivering pricing and revenue performance across products, channels and markets in a demanding environment.

• Strong working knowledge of price-volume mix and margin analysis.

• Practical experience applying revenue leakage and forecasting.

• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving dashboards.

• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.

• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.

Experience that would add value

• Experience from retail, telecom or subscription businesses.

• Exposure to commercial decisions in a cross-functional environment.

• Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
