Pricing Manager EMEA

We are looking for a commercially driven Pricing Manager who is passionate about turning insight into action - and action into measurable results. You will shape price positioning, improve price realization and commercial conditions, and translate complex market and business information into clear decisions. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and senior management, you will take ownership from the first insight through to implementation and impact. This is not a price-administration or reporting role. It is an opportunity to influence important commercial decisions, challenge established practices and help build a stronger, more future-ready pricing capability across Europe. What you will do Shape and continuously improve our EMEA pricing strategy and architecture. Translate customer, competitor, market and cost insights into clear commercial actions. Lead price setting, price-list changes and commercial-condition development. Improve price realization, margin transparency and pricing performance. Turn recommendations into implemented actions with measurable business impact. Strengthen pricing governance while enabling responsive commercial decisions. Advance pricing through better data, processes, systems and automation. Act as an influential business partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance and senior management. What you bring A strong track record in pricing, revenue management, commercial excellence or commercial strategy. Experience taking ownership of pricing decisions or projects in a complex B2B environment. Strong commercial judgment combined with excellent analytical capabilities. A solid understanding of list and net prices, discounts, rebates, commercial conditions and margin drivers. The ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations and practical actions. The confidence to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders across functions and countries. A proactive, hands-on mindset and a genuine drive to get things done. Fluent business English and a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree. Willingness to travel within Europe as required. Experience in tyres, automotive or industrial manufacturing is an advantage, as is familiarity with SAP, S/4HANA, Power BI or other pricing tools - but none of these is essential. The environment you will join We operate in a fast-moving, global business. Priorities can change, information may not always be complete and not every process is already perfectly defined. For the right person, this is precisely where the opportunity lies: you will have the freedom to create clarity, build structure, improve how we work and make a visible commercial impact. You will enjoy this role if you: Create clarity where others see complexity. Make sound decisions without waiting for perfect information. Challenge constructively and bring people with you. Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Stay accountable until the result is delivered. Why join us? Influence decisions with a direct impact on revenue, margin and market position. Work across European markets, brands, products and senior stakeholder groups. Help shape - not simply maintain - our future pricing capability. Gain the visibility and freedom to challenge existing approaches and introduce better ones. Join an international environment where initiative, ownership and results are recognized. If you are excited by the role but do not meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We value commercial curiosity, drive and the ability to make an impact as much as a perfectly matched CV.
