Position SummaryAutoRABIT is seeking an exceptional Principal Software Engineer to join our Engineering organization in Prague. This IC-6 role is designed for a highly experienced engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, accelerating software delivery, and driving innovation across our global Engineering teams.
This is a deeply technical, hands on engineering position. We are looking for an AI forward engineer with extensive Java and enterprise software development experience who enjoys building production software, solving difficult engineering problems, and mentoring other developers.
The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience applying AI technologies and AI assisted engineering practices to improve development productivity, software quality, and product capabilities. They should understand both the opportunities and limitations of AI and be capable of translating emerging technologies into practical engineering solutions.
Working from our Prague office on a hybrid basis, this individual will collaborate closely with local colleagues and global teams across Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Executive Leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership across engineering teams and strategic product initiatives.
