Role:
In addition to the standard experience expected from D365 Developers, the ideal candidate should have 9 plus years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including exposure to and practical experience with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit and Communities of Practice. Experience in establishing governance, adoption frameworks, best practices, and platform management through the CoE Toolkit will be highly valued. These areas have been identified as key strategic priorities for this financial year, making this experience an important requirement for the role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Design, configure, customize, and implement Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse solutions to support business processes and operational efficiency.
- Configure, develop, and deliver Dynamics 365, NAV, and Business Central components across both functional and technical areas.
- Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps, leveraging Power Fx, JavaScript, TypeScript, custom controls, connectors, and performance optimization techniques.
- Build and maintain scalable cloud flows and desktop flows (RPA) using Power Automate, ensuring proper error handling, monitoring, and integrations.
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modeling, DAX, workspace management, and usage analytics.
- Manage Dataverse architecture, schema design, relationships, security models, and advanced data management practices.
- Perform data migration, integration, ETL activities, and quality assurance using tools such as Azure Data Factory and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop custom plugins, extensions, and integrations using .NET/C#, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and custom connectors.
- Administer and govern Power Platform environments, including environment strategy, solution management, DLP policies, licensing, capacity planning, and security configuration.
