The role serves as a critical bridge between customers, engineering teams, and business leadership to ensure solutions deliver meaningful customer value and sustainable competitive advantage.
Job RequirementsTechnical Leadership & Application Expertise
- Serve as the recognized technical authority for industrial sensing applications, providing deep system-level expertise and guidance across customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Translate market, application, and customer requirements into clear product specifications, system architectures, and development priorities.
- Advise customers on system-level trade-offs and optimize sensing solutions to maximize performance, reliability, cost, and ease of integration.
- Drive early customer engagement and design-in activities through close collaboration with engineering teams and technical decision-makers.
- Develop and deliver application-focused training programs to elevate technical knowledge across sales, FAE, marketing, and engineering organizations.
