WHAT DOES MY WORKDAY LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE?

• Setting up a two-color printing press before production.

• Visually inspecting printed products and separating envelopes as needed.

• Maintaining accurate counts of envelopes packed into boxes, cartons, and onto skids.

• Packing envelopes neatly and uniformly while keeping up with machine speed.

• Loading envelopes into the machine feeder.

• Inspecting orders throughout production to ensure accurate printing, labeling, and packaging.

• Clearing paper jams and performing scheduled preventative maintenance.

• Adjusting ink and water roller pressures to maintain print quality.

• Keeping the press and surrounding work area clean and organized according to Lean manufacturing standards.
