Main Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of AI, machine learning, mechanistic, and hybrid modeling solutions to accelerate recombinant protein vaccine process development and manufacturing.
- Apply advanced analytics to identify critical process parameters, predict product quality, improve yield, and optimize process performance.
- Develop modeling solutions for upstream processes, including CHO cell culture, baculovirus and insect cell expression systems, and cell line development.
- Support optimization of downstream purification operations, including chromatography, filtration, and ultrafiltration/diafiltration, through data-driven and model-based approaches.
- Build and deploy digital twins, simulation tools, and decision-support frameworks to support process optimization, scale-up, technology transfer, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with process development, analytical sciences, manufacturing, and digital teams to integrate process knowledge and data into actionable insights.
