Data engineer in Accenture's CFO&EV Process Innovation Lab, helping clients reinvent business processes in the era of Agentic AI. Day to day: SQL/Python data work, process mining/RPA analysis (Celonis, SAP, etc.), and advising clients on AI frameworks like crewAI, LangGraph and Copilot Studio, mostly remotely with travel to client sites across Europe.

Must have
- Strong analytical acumen
- Technical aptitude in SQL and/or Python/Pandas
- Experience in quality management in software (code reviews, testing, etc.)
- Technical knowledge of at least one process management/improvement or RPA tool (Celonis, Signavio, Aris, UI Path, Automation Anywhere)
- Technical knowledge of at least one transactional source system (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Highradius, etc.)
- Willingness and ability to work at client locations across Europe and beyond, short or long term
- Ability to build strong client/stakeholder relationships
- Effective storytelling, both visual (PowerPoint) and oral
- Proactive ownership and responsibility for project goals

THE WORK
As a successful candidate, you will work within a team to help clients reinvent their processes in the era of Agentic AI. You will advise clients on implementing state-of-the-art AI frameworks, such as Accenture AI Refinery, crewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, AWS Bedrock Agents, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to realize value as part of digital transformation projects. You will proactively interact with client stakeholders to gather business context, ensure successful delivery, and present tangible business benefits of our work. You will also contribute to internal projects within your team that will further the teams’ strategic goals.
