Product Designer

Ciao, we're TextYess 👋

We're the AI-first CRM that turns conversations into revenue. On-site, WhatsApp, email, voice: our AI Agents sell, support, and retain customers for the best B2C brands out there, autonomously.

We believe the future of commerce is warmer, more human than ever - just at a scale no human team could pull off alone.

We've raised €7M+ and work with brands like Ducati, Pittarosso, MC2 Saint Barth, and Doppelgänger. We're a lean, fast, Italian-born scale-up now expanding our story internationally and this role is a big part of writing it.

The role

Craft is the job. You'll take ambiguous problems and turn them into products that feel simple: intentional, with nothing that doesn't need to be there, and layered so merchants are never overloaded. You'll own the design bar across everything we ship, from the design system to the last micro-interaction.

You'll pair daily with engineers, prototype with AI and push your own PRs. No hand-offs. You'll report to Antoine, our Head of Product, in a product team of three.

What you'll actually be doing

• Raise the UX bar. Design system, user flows, micro-interactions: you own how TextYess feels, across every product.

• Run the papercut hunt. Use the product like a merchant, listen to customers and CS, spot what needs a redesign, and ship the fixes. Something ships every week.

• Pair closely with engineers. Lead projects end-to-end with engineers, challenging solutions along the way.

• Build in code, not just in Figma. Prototype with AI tools, then take the branch and push the PR yourself.

• Create the AI + merchant experience. Design how our agents and merchants work together: what an agent shows, when a human approves, edits or steps in.

• Grow the system. Own the design system and the tools and standards the whole team follows.

What you bring

• Exposure and experience in designing software products, with a portfolio we can interrogate: real flows with edge cases and interactions, not Figma prototypes (2-3 shipped products).

• Design in code. You've shipped design in a real codebase using AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor) and a PR workflow. You don't need to be an engineer.

• Taste and system thinking. You see the whole product tree before the screen in front of you, you build reusable patterns, and you push back when something isn't right.

• Economic thinking. You tie design to outcomes and know what to cut, when to go deep and when to just ship.

• Fluent English,Italian is a plus.

• Bonus points: engineering skills, experience with AI or agent UX, or a side project people actually use.

Why TextYess

• Real ownership, from day one. No layers, no waiting your turn: you'll own outcomes, not just tasks.

• Lean team, big impact. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with top-notch international talent, ready to disrupt and leave a mark.

• Build, don't maintain. We're early enough that most of what you touch doesn't have a playbook yet, you get to write it.

• Grow as fast as you push. Roles and responsibilities scale with what you prove you can do, not with tenure.

• A team that actually likes each other. We're a dynamic, close-knit crew that moves fast, laughs a lot, and has each other's backs.

What we offer:

• Salary: The gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from €35K to €60K depending on relevant experience and fit with the role.

• Stock Options: You'll receive a highly incentivizing stock options package so that if TextYess becomes a giant company, you can enjoy substantial rewards. We want to make TextYess feel like yours too.

• Infinite growth and responsibility: We are still at the beginning of our journey, and the challenges we will face in the coming years are numerous and highly demanding. Your work will be crucial to the success or failure of TextYess!

Our hiring process

We keep it real and reasonably fast:

• Screening call, let's just talk. Communication, fit, the basics.

• Interview + case study deepdive, Let’s deep dive into technicalities of the role.

• Live exercise, a collaborative role-play discussion to show us how you think.

• Founder & Team conversations, here you meet the people you'd actually work with.

Sound like you? If you want to own something real from day one and help write TextYess’ growth story, we want to meet you!

If compensation is your only concern, raise it with us. We'd rather sort that out than miss out on you.
