With the right tools and insights, we believe that we can level the playing field so businesses can grow and local communities can thrive.

We’re looking for smart, resourceful and passionate people to join us as we power the shop local movement. If you believe in community, come join ours.

About the role:

Our mission in the Brand pillar is to make it easy for Brands to create high-quality product listings on Faire, keep them up to date, and get them in front of retailers. • You want to use technology to help your local independent retailers and brands succeed

• You want to experiment with the best AI productivity tools on the market to help accelerate customer impact

What you'll do:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and marketing to contribute significantly to the success of the business or the engineering platform

• Identify and capitalize on new opportunities, overseeing complex multi-phase projects across multiple teams and platforms from concept to implementation

• Build features across multiple stacks, potentially including Backend, Frontend, and Mobile

• Optimize web applications for peak performance and scalability, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, fast, and scalable code

• Mentor fellow engineers on both technical and product judgement

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience
