- Have conviction to make difficult product decisions in the face of uncertainty
- Develop a deep understanding of how individuals and teams create, customize, collaborate, and build repeatable workflows with AI
- Make complex AI behavior understandable and controllable through clear interaction models, thoughtful defaults, permissions, and well-designed feedback
- Drive alignment when capabilities span Computer, Search, Projects, artifacts, connectors, or multiple teams
- Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, progress, and learnings clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners
