**Job duties
and accountabilities**
Portfolio & Program Management
· Establish and lead the AI product program function; manage a
portfolio of products, platforms, and initiatives. Drive prioritisation,
capacity planning, sprint cadence, and executive reporting
· Lead the POC → MVP → production pipeline; define success metrics
(business + technical)
· Write technically sound PRDs with edge cases and acceptance
criteria
· Build QA frameworks across data accuracy, model outputs, and UI
flows
· Establish
release standards, monitoring, alerts, and feedback loops across the product
portfolio, Ensure traceability
