About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Flex Platform team, a cross-functional product organization responsible for building the shared platform capabilities, workflows, and services that power Cyncly's products globally.
You will own a defined product area end-to-end from understanding customer problems and shaping the product strategy through prioritization, delivery, launch, and measuring outcomes.

Areas may include business workflows, CRM, payments, integrations, data and analytics, platform services, AI-enabled capabilities, or other emerging platform opportunities.
About the Team

As the PM for your pod, you will be the primary product decision-maker, working closely with engineering, design, QA, architecture, and business stakeholders.

Key Position Responsibilities include:Product Discovery & Strategy
