Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager with 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS to own product outcomes across Doqfy's platform. You will work at the intersection of customers, engineering, design, and go-to-market, translating enterprise needs and regulatory requirements into a clear roadmap, well-defined features, and measurable business impact. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-scaling company where your decisions will directly influence what we build and how enterprises execute agreements digitally.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap for one or more product lines, aligned with company strategy, customer needs, and revenue goals.
• Conduct customer discovery with enterprise stakeholders across legal, compliance, operations, and IT.
• Translate requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the backlog using structured frameworks such as RICE and impact/effort.
• Work closely with engineering and design to scope, build, and launch features.
• Make pragmatic trade-offs across scope, quality, and timelines.
• Define and track product metrics, including adoption, activation, retention, NPS, and feature usage.
• Drive the complete product lifecycle from concept and beta to GA, rollout, and post-launch iteration.
• Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing on positioning, launches, demos, and competitive differentiation.
• Stay updated on digital agreements, eSignature, eStamping, identity verification, and relevant Indian regulatory frameworks.
• Contribute to enterprise deals through solutioning, RFP responses, and customer-specific product requirements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience shipping SaaS features or products end to end.
• Strong analytical skills with exposure to product analytics, SQL basics, funnel analysis, and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create clear PRDs and communicate effectively with enterprise customers and leadership.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and system constraints.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering, design, sales, and leadership.

Good to Have:

• Experience in fintech, legal tech, regtech, or compliance-heavy B2B domains.
• Familiarity with digital signatures, document workflows, KYC, or contract management products.
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered product features and data science teams.
