Responsibilities:
- Own product lifecycle from concept to launch for institutional account, access, and financing solutions.
- Build and optimize broker programs, VIP fee systems, sub-account management, and API key workflows.
- Partner with business, engineering, and operations teams to shape the OTC roadmap, define milestones, and prioritize features for efficiency and risk management.
- Translate ideas into actionable plans: draft detailed PRDs, assess technical feasibility, and execute from concept to launch.
- Monitor product data and user feedback to refine experiences, especially in high-volume institutional trading.
- Manage the product lifecycle by leading cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, stakeholders) to meet delivery goals, promoting accountability and innovation.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in financial services, fintech, or banking, ideally with institutional OTC trading, brokers, asset managers, or trading systems.
- Hands-on experience in quantitative analysis or trading, with expertise in OTC liquidity, pricing, and execution;
