Quorum allows users to manage stakeholder engagement, launch grassroots advocacy campaigns, and track legislative activity at all levels of government, including federal, state, local and international.

Quorum is seeking a Product Manager to own our Legislative products, covering federal, state, local, and international, for the Government Affairs market. You’ll bring Quorum’s AI strategy into the Legislative products GA professionals rely on every day, and turn it into a roadmap, shipped product, and real adoption.
You’ll own a focused set of Legislative products. You’ve shipped software, you’ve worked on AI-powered features, and you know the GA world from the inside, whether that’s on the Hill, on a campaign, at an association, or in a corporate government affairs shop. You’ll work closely with the team that leads AI strategy across the platform, and you’ll help grow the business by spotting where our products can win next and building the case to pursue it.
The role is based in Washington, DC, and it’s market-facing. You’ll meet customers in person, take part in discovery and sales conversations, and work closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Marketing, and Enablement to bring new capabilities to market and grow the business.
What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap and delivery for Quorum’s legislative products across federal, state, local, and international government.
- Bring Quorum’s AI strategy into the legislative market. Partner with the AI team to turn it into capabilities GA professionals adopt, and own those capabilities from build through launch and customer impact.
- Replace manual legislative workflows with AI-driven ones, so customers spend less time tracking and more time acting.
- Build the legislative data and insights that set Quorum apart, from where organizations stand on bills to what’s trending across issues and states.
- Shape how customers stay informed on what’s changing in government and what it means for their work.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives across Sales, Account Management, Customer Marketing, and Enablement.
- Spend regular time with customers and use what you learn to drive roadmap decisions.
