Product Manager- OCO/Networking and Internet - 12+ yrs of Experience - TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required
Halogen Engineering Group is looking for a Product Manager who can design and develop solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. This candidate will perform systems management and integration functions and define and communicate the product visions and roadmap for cyber mission systems, with a focus on cloud networking and internet connectivity, in support of OCO.

Salary Range
The projected compensation range for this position is 228K-242K (annualized USD).
Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education,knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
Capabilities
- Provide thought leadership and work with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships, and provide technology solutions for highly reliable and redundant network connectivity.
- Lead Product backlog refinement, ensuring features and capabilities for cloud networking solutions are well defined, prioritized, and decomposed into actionable user stories.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum Masters to drive Program Increment (PI) execution, risk mitigation, and cross-team collaboration for networking-focused projects.
- Engage with Joint Cyber Weapons stakeholders, USCYBERCOM, NSA, Services and CCMDs to gather feedback and align capability delivery for cloud networking and connectivity.
- Participate in technical exchange meetings (TEMs), operational working groups, and other OCO forums related to cloud networking.
- Partner with clients to understand business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision, develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and functional specifications for cloud networking solutions.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver multi-platform applications with a focus on robust and secure network connectivity. Lead engagements alongside company partners as well as the top designers and technologists in the industry.
