In this role, you will take the lead to deliver seamless partner experiences, grounding your work in our customer-centric approach and strong teamwork to deliver lasting value.

Initially, your first six months will focus on partner acquisition and onboarding to cover a colleague’s parental leave, reimagining how partners join our platform. These are some of the key components to the position:

• Set clear goals and own product priorities for your area, aiming high to drive commercial and user excellence.
• Use research, analytics, and direct partner feedback to identify root problems and capture impactful opportunities.
• Turn ideas into testable hypotheses, moving fast to deliver iterative improvements and validate solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Analytics, championing teamwork to build and elevate high-performing products.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around shared roadmaps, clear priorities, and key dependencies.
• Measure the impact of releases and use insights to continuously raise the bar and guide next steps.

What will you bring to the team?

• Demonstrated product management background with a passion for solving meaningful user and business problems.
• Genuine curiosity and empathy to develop a deep understanding of our internal and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the determination to break complex challenges into manageable steps and stay committed to achieving goals.
• An experimentation mindset, using data, analytics, and feedback to test ideas, learn rapidly, and aim higher to drive excellence.
• An appetite to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and act responsibly while making a lasting impact across the platform.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills to foster alignment and lift teammates up.
• Adaptability and confidence to take ownership in a new product area and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
