Full description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the collection and analysis of requirements for blockchain derivative products (e.g., DeFi derivatives, on-chain strategy products), and define clear product design objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major public chain technologies and competing products; produce competitive analysis reports and refine product directions.
- Proficiently use tools such as prototyping, flowcharts, and mind maps; manage the requirement backlog, and coordinate development and testing efforts.
- Participate in requirement screening and prioritisation; coordinate with UI, development, testing and other teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Participate in test case reviews to ensure that cases cover core business requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of digital currencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, and maintain a strong sensitivity to industry trends.
Job Requirements:
- 3–5 years of project experience; bachelor degree or above, preferably in software/computer science or related fields.
- Experience with Web3/blockchain projects (e.g., DeFi, exchanges, wallets) is preferred.
