Product Marketing Manager

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to shape how Quantaco’s products are positioned, understood and valued in the market.

Working closely with product and sales you will translate our hospitality technology into compelling value propositions, clear messaging and go-to-market strategies that support customer acquisition, engagement and growth.

This is a commercially focused, mid to senior role for someone who can work autonomously, bring structure to an evolving function and connect product strategy with commercial outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to build and elevate product marketing at Quantaco, with the autonomy to shape priorities and make a meaningful impact.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll own positioning and messaging across our product suite, lead product launches and go-to-market planning and equip our sales team with the tools and insights they need to communicate value effectively. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to ensure our product story is consistent, compelling and grounded in customer needs and commercial opportunity

What you’ll own:

Positioning and Messaging

Lead the development and refinement of Quantaco’s core product positioning and messaging, ensuring we clearly articulate what we do, why it matters and how we create value for hospitality businesses.

Product and Platform Storytelling

Shape the story of Quantaco as an integrated platform including solutions like Cooking the Books and Cash Up so customers understand the value of the broader ecosystem, along with individual features.

Sales Enablement

Develop practical, high-quality sales enablement assets that support the team.

Product Launches

Own go-to-market planning and execution for new products, features and enhancements, ensuring releases are translated into clear, commercially relevant messaging that lands with the right audience.

Sales and Product Partnership

Work closely with sales and product to understand market feedback, customer pain points and competitive context, then turn that insight into sharper messaging and better commercial outcomes.

Competitive Intelligence

Build and maintain a strong view of the competitive landscape so the business can position Quantaco’s strengths clearly and confidently in market.

Content and Campaign Support

Work with your team to ensure campaign messaging and supporting content is grounded in strong product positioning and aligned to commercial goals.

Ideally you’ll have:

5+ years’ experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS, tech or complex product environment

Proven experience building positioning and messaging frameworks

Strong sales enablement experience

Confidence partnering directly with sales, product and senior stakeholders

Excellent writing skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas

Strong commercial instincts and a focus on pipeline, conversion and revenue impact

Ability to work autonomously and build structure in an evolving environment

A genuine interest in hospitality, technology or service-led businesses

Experience in hospitality tech, data, SaaS or multi-product platforms

Exposure to scale-up environments

Experience working across multiple stakeholders and fast-moving priorities
