ABOUT COHYPES
At Cohypes, we grow and scale multiple brands in the health, beauty, and wellness space. As we continue expanding our portfolio of global e-commerce brands, we’re looking for someone who’s excited to take ownership and help drive the growth of our products across international markets.
We believe great work happens when people feel valued. Here, your perspective matters, your ideas are welcome, and your voice has a real impact on how we grow. You’ll join a supportive team that encourages collaboration, open communication, and genuine trust.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the leadership team, you will take full ownership of two e-commerce brands — one established brand already generating strong revenue and ready for further scaling, and one emerging brand currently in its early development stage.
As a Product Owner, you will act as the commercial driver behind your brands. Your role will be to define and execute the growth strategy, aligning multiple teams across marketing, operations, and customer service to achieve shared revenue goals.
While our specialized teams (performance marketing, CRO, retention, creative, and operations) execute daily initiatives and manage their own KPIs, you will orchestrate the broader strategy and ensure all efforts are aligned toward brand growth and profitability.
You will continuously analyze data, lead structured experimentation, and identify opportunities to optimize funnels, pricing strategies, offers, and business models. If you enjoy connecting product, marketing, and data to drive measurable business growth — we’d love to meet you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the P&L and commercial performance of both an established and an emerging e-commerce brand.
- Define and manage the brand growth roadmap, aligning marketing, operations, and customer service teams toward shared business objectives.
- Lead strategic initiatives and experiments to optimize sales funnels, pricing strategies, offers, and business models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, CRO, retention, creative, and operations teams to improve the full customer journey.
- Monitor and analyze key business metrics to ensure offers and funnels are efficiently monetized.
- Leverage analytics and behavioral insights to identify new growth opportunities and guide data-driven decisions.
- Continuously test and validate business hypotheses to uncover scalable strategies.
- Build and grow your own dedicated team as the brands scale.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of experience in performance-driven e-commerce, digital marketing, product ownership, or growth roles.
- Strong strategic thinking — ability to connect product, pricing, and customer experience directly to revenue growth.
