This product is a critical strategic capability supporting all business units and serves as a foundational component of our Zero Trust security architecture. The role combines product leadership, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of modern identity platforms and security practices. If you join us , you will report directly to Henrik Ellesø.

**Primary task and responsibilities include:

• Own the Identity & Access Management product strategy, vision, and roadmap

• Establish and maintain a prioritised product backlog aligned with business and security objectives

• Drive continuous improvement and modernization of identity governance and lifecycle management processes

• Lead stakeholder alignment across security, architecture, operations, and business functions.

• Actively contribute to cross-functional collaboration and drive continuous improvement in alignment with the company's ways of working

The ideal candidate combines strong Identity & Access Management experience with the ability to translate business, security, and regulatory requirements into effective solutions. The candidate should be self-driven, able to take ownership and drive priorities independently, while ensuring continuous alignment with key stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, Zero Trust principles, and security compliance frameworks is essential.
