Salary: Rp 10.500.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month
Product Owner position within the Banking Industry, based in Alam Sutra - Tangerang on a full onsite basis. The role requires expertise in Agile software development environments and banking or financial services product ownership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage product backlog and conduct backlog refinement
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria
- Conduct sprint planning and sprint reviews
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical requirements for development teams
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
- Apply Scrum techniques and artifacts including Definition of Done (DoD) and automated testing practices
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in banking or financial services is required
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience working in Agile Software Development environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and product development lifecycles
