This position is to ensure the stability and reliability of mission-critical enterprise applications.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot application, OS, infrastructure, batch, and interface issues
- Execute controlled production changes including patching and service management
- Utilize Linux and Windows administration tools for system operations
- Manage change records, validation, rollback procedures, and release support
- Maintain operational documentation and security-compliant access practices
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of production support, application support, or IT operations experience
- Strong leadership experience, preferably managing remote or distributed teams
- Advanced Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM tools
