• Work across departments. Partner with production leadership, maintenance, quality, and HR to resolve issues and support employees.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Approximately five years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success setting expectations, holding employees accountable, and supporting their development.
• Strong safety awareness, sound judgment, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to manage competing priorities.

You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your shift, build your team’s capabilities, and make visible improvements in daily operations.
